When our crew arrives, we begin by reviewing the system, confirming access, and preparing the work area before any cleaning begins. We then place the duct system under negative pressure and clean each accessible supply and return using professional source-removal methods.
Before connecting our equipment, we protect the areas where we will be working and create the necessary access points in the duct system. Our truck-mounted vacuum then places the system under continuous negative pressure so loosened debris moves toward the collection unit instead of escaping into the home or building.
After the cleaning is complete, we inspect the accessible components, close and seal the access openings we created, remove our equipment, and leave the work areas clean and orderly.

What Happens During the Air Duct Cleaning?
Our updated truck-mounted vacuum moves approximately 10,000 cubic feet of air per minute (CFM) through its filtration system. Connected to the ductwork through a service opening, it places the HVAC system under continuous negative pressure.
Specialized compressed-air tools and other agitation devices are used to dislodge dust, debris, and contaminants from accessible interior surfaces of the duct system. Continuous negative pressure creates airflow toward the vacuum connection, carrying the loosened material through the hose to the truck’s collection unit instead of allowing it to escape into the occupied air inside the home or building.
Once the cleaning is complete, we inspect the accessible portions of the HVAC system, properly seal all service access openings, verify the results with the customer whenever practical, remove our equipment, and leave the work area clean and orderly.
